Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap stores in Turkey and is located in 8 different cities.
We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a “CRM Analytics Specialist” in our Head Office!
Which responsibilities does an “CRM Analytics Specialist” have?
- Identify, develop, data sources at customer touchpoints, ensuring a comprehensive view of the customer journey.
- Design and implement data-driven processes to analyze customer life cycle, segment migrations, and customer lifecycle-centric (CLC) projects.
- Manage loyalty and CRM campaigns across all channels, optimizing engagement strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, evaluating their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs), and leverage data analytics to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Innovate and propose creative solutions to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations, based on analytical findings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new tools, and technological advancements in CRM, marketing automation, and segmented communication, applying best practices to current strategies.
- Foster productive relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance CRM initiatives.
What are we looking for as a ““CRM Analytics Specialist”?
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CRM analytics or a similar role within the retail sector,
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience is plus,
- Exceptional data analysis and reporting skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to decision-making,
- Skilled in SQL and database management, capable of conducting complex data queries and supporting data-centric projects,
- Experienced in executing continuous test-and-learn campaigns, utilizing personalization and segmentation techniques to perpetually enhance campaign effectiveness,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with advanced skills in Excel,
- A quick learner with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing success.
